Our website includes a contact form that allows customers to send a message to our company’s director Mr. David Malúš. If you send a message via this form, we will process your email address, your name and , if applicable, your surname entered by you in the form. The email address and name will be processed to contact the author and the sender of the form regarding the response to his / her query. The sender of the message gives consent to the processing of personal data for a period of 3 years unless extended.

BOOKING SYSTEM

Booking system is a part of our website that allows customers to book a free date (date and time) to visit our business premises . The report on the booking of the date is subsequently delivered to Mr. David Malúš via the services of the provider of e-mail services. In the case of sending a reservation through the booking system, we will process your email address, your name and, if applicable, your surname, entered by you in the form. The email address and name will be processed to contact the customer about the response and confirmation of booking the requested date. The sender of the form gives consent to the processing of personal data for a period of 3 years unless extended.
